Back where we started
One of the greatest ironies of the last elections was the sight of all those supposed leading lights of the high-tech trade calling for a manual counting of all the votes cast last May 10. Well, it looks like the people calling for a low-tech count to avert high-tech fraud and a failure of the elections may soon get their wish.
