how much will it help me to lose weight with the help of juicing fruits and vegetables?
i own a juicer and was wondering how good it would help me with my weight loss (including exercise)if i juiced things like carrots and apples?

You are better off eating the apples and carrots and getting the fiber.

I think before you start juicing, look up the minerals and vitamins in certain fruits and vegetables, then if you find something you need or lack for weight loss, I suggest you mix those fruits/vegetables together and juice them. Fiber in apples and other foods keep you fuller for longer so you won’t feel the need to pig out.
