Sounds like your best bet would be to shell out $120 and do P90x. It would be faster that conventional plans and it tells you the diet plan while sculpting the muscles in your body. Im 17 6′0″ weigh 175 and have been working on getting abs since summer and they are finally starting to show now that track has started up. I dont have p90x.
If you know right diet info you can lose weight. I tried the program here this site and I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks. It is very fast to lose weight. You can find my diet program that lost me 17 pounds in 55 days here link below.
If you are looking forward to speed up the process of losing weight, naturally, Phentramin-D is the right choice. It is a purely pharmacological diet pill with a unique chemical composition. It is reliable and effective diet pill on the market. It doesn’t contain any hoodia or other type of caffeine based products which can be addictive to you. >> http://p.gs/8bycr
1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

Hi mhsb,
To lose weight/body fat and tighten up your abs you must be in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume).
Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day each consisting of a lean protein (chicken breast, lean beef, tuna, etc.) and a complex carbohydrate source (brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, etc.). Avoid sweets and fast foods.
Aim for a minimum of 180 grams of protein daily, supplement your whole foods with 1-2 protein shakes per day. This helps build muscle.
Depending on how many days per week you lift weights, split your training into specific muscle groups. For example: Mon. Chest and back, Wed. Legs, Fri. Biceps, triceps and shoulders. This will give you enough training volume to produce muscle growth, while allowing ample time for recovery.
Do your cardio. 30-45 minutes per day, 3-4 days per week. Do something you enjoy, running, biking, tennis, etc. This burns calories.
Having definition in your abs is not dependent on doing ab exercises (although you should do them 2-3 times per week). It is a matter of having a lower body fat percentage, which you will get by building new muscle, performing cardio on a regular basis, and proper nutrition.
Best of luck!
