I’m a 17 yr old teenage boy who has been always a lil over weight but now its just ridiulous I’m growing boobs and my ass is getting really big too. I wanna look sexy by end of april helppp meeeeee plzzz

Drink only water. Exercise daily. Cardio is best. Eat about 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. That’ll keep your metabolism high. Go to nearest GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and talk with the people at the counter. There are certain things you can take to aid in quicker weight lose and they can help point you in the healthy direction. I someone who took hydroxy cut, now i know this is very harmful for you body if taken incorrectly, but it does work aid in faster weightloss by cutting fats. You can also see your doctor. They can give you prescriptions that reduce hunger cravings. Also have your doctor check your thyroid levels. these can be a huge factor in weight if they unbalanced if your eating habits are because you eat when you are bored or never get full, then you may need to see a psychiatrist to see if there is an underlying problem.

You should talk to your doctor to help you find the best diet and exercise program. If you don’t want to do that work out for an hour a day, drink lots of water, and stop eating any junk food if you do!
