		<description>I find that drinking water helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn&#039;t so much the water but the lack of sugar that&#039;s in drinks that does it.
I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.</description>

		<description>Creatine isnt for fat loss, its for muscle gain (although its effects are minor, if anything). Fat cant turn into muscle, thats a myth. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle, one cant turn into the other. You need to build muscle and lose fat, 2 totally different processes. 

Losing fat is mostly about diet, lots of cardio will help too but diet is key. Lower your daily calories by at least 500, limit carbs and avoid all sugar and trans fats.</description>
